I’m Lauren – social media strategist, content creator, and ocean-obsessed entrepreneur behind HYTIDE Social.

I built this business for brands who care deeply about what they do and want to share it with the world, but don’t want to burn out trying to “do it all.” Or those who are just starting out on their social media journey and just need a little hand-holding.

With a background in both analytics and storytelling, I bridge the gap between data-driven strategy and heart-led content. I believe your online presence should feel like a natural extension of your voice, not a chore on your to-do list.

When I’m not crafting content plans or coaching creatives, you’ll probably find me in the waves. Surfing has taught me many lessons about life and business: how to read the rhythms, stay present, and paddle with the currents, not against them. That’s exactly how I approach social media, too.

HYTIDE Gives Back

If you’ve read this far, you can probably can guess that I love surfing. And with a love of surfing comes a love and appreciation for the delicate natural habitat that is my hometown – the coastal region of southern New Jersey.

One of the most awe-inspiring parts of surfing is being able to witness (and be a part of) nature in action, where the dolphins cruise by and say hi, the birds dive for food all around, whales breach just outside the line up, and the dune grass provides a home for the small shorebirds that congregate at the ocean’s edge every morning and evening.

It is my mission to help protect the delicate and beautiful environment we call home here on the Jersey Shore. This is a very special place for locals and vacationers alike, so with every sale, HYTIDE Social promises to give a percentage to one of the following organizations.
